Only 2% of qualifying neighbourhoods saw homes selling above asking, down from 3% earlier in the quarter. Out of 267 neighbourhoods, 97% were underbid and just 1% sold right at asking\u2014bidding wars were definitely the exception rather than the rule. The gap between condos and single-family homes is also closing: 95% of single-family neighbourhoods and 98% of condo neighbourhoods saw homes sell below asking. With 4,200 homes sold and 79% changing hands under the list price, it\u2019s clear this was one of the quietest periods we\u2019ve seen in a while.
