In August 2026, the Halton Region saw a 3.6% dip in home prices, bringing the average to $1.11 million. Detached homes are currently averaging $1.46 million, while both townhouse and condo prices have also seen notable declines. Home sales dropped 10.8%, with active listings down 16.9%. Even with these recent shifts, it’s important to remember that prices are still up 37% compared to 2016.
